Welcome to Riverside, Burlington County, New Jersey.  We are an up and moving small town where you can experience not only our historic roots, but you also can be an important component of our exciting future.  Riverside is part of the River Route, a Regional Redevelopment Area recognized as one of the top 10 growth regions in the country.  In fact, Inc. magazine recently named Burlington County among the top 10 “hottest” areas in the nation.

Only about 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and 90 minutes from Manhattan with easy access via River Line trains, our township is perfectly situated along the beautiful Rancocas Creek as it flows into the great Delaware River. Riverside covers an area of just one square mile with generous residential avenues and streets centered on a “small town Main Street” business district. This puts residents only minutes away from the light rail station.  We are working on three separate and distinct redevelopment sites that promise to attract new residents, businesses and commuters.
